At Gerber Childrenswear, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unwashed, unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent directly to the email address associated with your order.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
